Doctor

Run Doctor when Impeccable reports stale context, missing sidecars, or configuration drift:

/impeccable doctor

Doctor inspects PRODUCT.md, DESIGN.md, surface briefs, .impeccable configuration, and detector-hook state. It reports what is stale before repairing it.

Do not use Doctor as an automatic side effect of ordinary design work. Review the report and repair only the drift that the project actually intends to change.
